Vagrantsong is a 2-4 player fully co-op boss battler board game inspired by Americana and ghost folklore. While aboard the Silver Ferryman, a ghost train that is trying to teal the souls of those aboard, players will control one of six Vagrants, each with unique passive abilities and skills. As a group these vagrants will attempt to unravel the mystery of the ghost train, face off against spooky Haints, lost spirits who have been trapped by Silver Ferryman, and work to save the souls of the train’s inhabitants so that they can save their own in this 30+ hour campaign.
Accomplishments:
Developed enemy AI system.
Coordinated with Creative Leads on a game aesthetic based on market and consumer interest.
Developed and maintained Tabletop Simulator mod to allow for online playtests using LUA.
Created wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for gameplay systems and boss encounters.
Supported Design on 83 unique Character Action Skills and 32 tradable Character Passive Traits.
